Making the group work

This book group has been going for over ten years. There are five of us and we have grown from being acquaintances to being very close friends. We started off when our families were young and finding time to read was a luxury, and have witnessed each other develop our talents, further our careers and raise our children with pleasure. Here are some tips based on our experience for starting up a book group.
